Do you accept Medicare/medicaid?

No, we are a private-pay service and do not accept Medicare or Medicaid. By working outside of insurance constraints, we’re able to spend more time with our clients, respond quickly, and customize care in a way that truly reflects each family’s needs and priorities.

How often do you visit?

At a minimum, we see clients once per month. This consistent presence allows us to stay ahead of changes, monitor trends, and address concerns early. Our approach is rooted in prevention—ensuring stability and continuity rather than reacting in moments of crisis. Consistent presence is what makes prevention possible.

Where do you practice?

Poppies Senior Care Management is based in Manhattan and operates in-home and alongside you in the community. We come to you—whether at home, in a healthcare setting, or at appointments—providing seamless support and advocacy wherever it’s needed.
